The Hawker base layer has been designed as the inner layer under the layer principle, so it needs to wick moisture away from the skin. Water rapidly dissipates heat, so skin that stays damp cools the body down quickly. The Hawker base layer is made from a four way stretch fabric with flat seams, so you hardly notice you are wearing it.
